We've lived here for almost
two years and my biggest
complaint is the issue of the
water being shut off. This
has been an ongoing problem
and occurs at least once a
week, usually random outages
without notice and when notice
is given, it's delivered after
office hours (I imagine it is
so complaints cannot be made
to management). The notice
rarely gives a time frame for
the outage making it difficult
to prepare for.

We have just completed the
final installation of
individual shut off valves.
Each building now has it's own
set of shut off valves. In
the past when there has been
plumbing repairs in a single
apt. the water had to be shut
off to the entire property.
Sometimes these were emergency
repairs that left no time for
notice to the residents which
just added to the frustration
of shutting off the water. We
understand that the last month
has been very trying for the
residents as the water has
been shut off quite often for
the valve installations. This
project is finally complete
and we look forward to minimal
issues in the future.
We truly have some of the best
residents ever here at
Meridian Park. We really
appreciate your patience with
this project.

Its a good place to live and
has everything I was looking
for. Its in a very good
location and makes getting
around town very easy for me.
However, over the past several
months my living here has
gotten uncomformatable due to
the loud music the neighbor
above me seems to always be
playing. I have tried to talk
to him, but haven't had any
success in getting in touch
with him. I don't wish to be a
bother, but if it continues I
think I'll need to take
further action.

There is only 1 major problem.
The water leaks that seem to
happen almost once every 2
months or so since we have
moved in. On top of having
the water turned off randomly
to address the issues, I'm
sure that the water bills are
inflated due to the method in
which people pay their water
bills. It is very annoying to
come home, or get up in the
morning and the water be
turned off with no notice or
timeframe in which it will be
turned back on. On the
upside, besides the water
problems this is, by far, the
best apartment complex I have
lived in.

value our residents concerns.
We are currently in the
process of installing
individual shut off valve's on
each building to alleviate
this problem. This project
should be completed by the
middle of June 2011.
